  • A home exercise routine is a great way to get some exercise everyday. Set achievable goals and choose an exercise you enjoy. Aim for around 30 minutes every other day.

  • Laugh - find something to laugh about everyday and cut your stress levels.High stress levels are harmful and can put you at risk. There aren't obvious signs of high blood pressure, but you can still be at risk.
