  • Relax - Ok, you think you're too busy - taking time out to relax quietly for even just few minutes will refresh your mind and body. You'll have renewed energy and enthusiasm to tackle work or the family.

  • Sleep - my Mum used to say "no-one ever died through lack of sleep". Well maybe they don't, but if I don't get enough I surely feel half dead and perhaps you do too. Getting enough sleep means we can function properly in all aspects of our life.
